Trafford Centre Mini Haul

On Sunday we went for a shopping spree at the Trafford centre, to spend some of the Christmas vouchers that we received. 

There was a few essentials that I needed (make up as usual) and a few new products I wanted to buy.

First shop...River Island, I picked up a gorgeous black top with mesh detail on the top and bottom.  Cute for wearing with jeans or a nice skirt.

I also picked up two causal high neck knitted tops in black and orange which will go well with jeans and some trainers or flats or dress it up a but with some heels.  I have been looking for a silver watch for a while to wear when I get dressed up to go out and managed to find one with silver diamonds around the face and some grey detail on the strap.  

Advent Calendar 2016

Hello, I know this post is maybe a little bit late but I couldn't write this post until all of the doors had been opened.  For the last couple of years I have had a beauty advent calendar to count the days down to Christmas.  Danny chose it for me as a surprise so I had no idea what I was going to get behind each door.  He got the advent calendar from Boots and it was a Lancôme one, but it also contained some products from other brands.

This post is in no way to brag about my gifts, some people may think I am spoilt and some people will have got a lot more gifts than me, it is simply a post to share with you all the gifts that I was lucky enough to receive this Christmas.

November Favourites - Top 10

I have tried out a few new products recently, which I have been reviewing on here but I wanted to start posting monthly favourites, whether these be beauty products, home décor or anything else that I love.
 
1.  Nivea for Men Post Shave Balm - I have been using this for a while now and I am loving it.  It works great as a primer/moisturiser.  Sometimes I use this on it so own, sometimes I will put it on top of my moisturiser.  It helps my make up to last all day and works really well with my skin.

Preparing for Christmas

I cant believe how close it is to Christmas.  This year seems to have flown by. 

 

 

I know people will be a lot more prepared for the festive season than I am but I wanted to share with you some tips, and how I like to prepare for Christmas.  What gifts to buy and how to save a few extra pennies!

Halloween Zombie Barbie

Halloween, who doesn't love it.

 

Its a good excuse to decorate the house and get some extra sweet treats in before Christmas, carving pumpkins and having the faces light up your house with the candles glowing inside! :)

 

OK so it probably is more of a time for children but doesn't mean to say us big kids cant enjoy it too.

 

I don't normally go out on Halloween but this year I was going into town with my friend so we decided to get dressed up too.

 

After spending hours on you tube watching tutorials and looking for a makeup look that I wanted to try and re create I decided I was going to go as Zombie Barbie.

 

I went to Ann Summers and found a fancy dress that would work and got some blood and face paints.

More New Make Up!

In my last post I did a quick review on the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette.  Whilst in Debenhams purchasing that I pick up a couple of other products.  You know what its like, you go in looking for one thing, enquire about something else and before you know it you have tried out soooo many products and walked away with a few more than what you originally went in for!

 

You can never have toooo much make up....Right?!?
